Senior People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Global People Services Specialist to join our dynamic People Operations team. Reporting to the Manager, People Services, this role supports critical employee lifecycle processes and provides timely and thoughtful guidance and support to employees. Our mission is to enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional partners, streamlining processes, and transforming how we deliver employee support. How You’ll Make an Impact Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to employees and managers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, resolving a broad range of HR inquiries and issues via our ticketing system (FreshService). Own key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, time off and absences, etc. Execute accurate and timely HR transactions in our HRIS System (Workday), including data changes, reporting, and access resets. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and HR documentation. Collaborate closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, People Business Partners and other stakeholders to support cross-functional processes, Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance operational efficiency and improve the employee experience. Work flexible hours as needed to support global time zones and critical timelines, Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve moderately complex inquiries and elevate more complex (tier 2+) questions and issues appropriately, Meet the defined performance standards and service level agreements, Operate with top‑quality communication and customer service skills, providing a consistent and positive experience for our employees, Prioritise ticket resolution based on key internal timelines, such as payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and other relevant deadlines. Assist with audits, projects, data integrity efforts, other day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks… within the People Operations team, as needed. What You’ll Need Must be fluent in French and English, Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination, Deep experience with France HR practices and Labour Laws, and exposure to other EMEA countries, Experience with global employee populations and working across multiple regions and time zones, Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, LOA, benefit admin, contracts…), Hands‑on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred, DocuSign…), and ticketing tools (FreshService or similar), Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills, Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation, Comfortable operating in high‑volume and high‑ambiguity environments, Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones if needed. #LI-Hybrid What are you waiting for At Dataiku, you'll be part of a journey to shape the ever‑evolving world of AI.
