The Lodge Jamberoo Management Pty Ltd ATF The Trustee for the Lodge Jamberoo Management Trust is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen team in Jamberoo, NSW. You will work with Senior Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes for resort guests and events.
The role requires strong adherence to hygiene standards, recipe execution, and efficient kitchen operation across multiple outlets. 38 hours per week, full-time.
