What You Will Do Build the product, back‑office and underlying tech as part of a 23‑engineer team. Co‑design backend architecture using Domain‑Driven Design (hexagonal) for modularity and scalability. Design efficient, resumable and auditable sync jobs for ERP integrations. Implement audit logs across the application, capturing events in MongoDB. Migrate heavy background jobs to dedicated workers to improve reliability and performance. Contribute continuous improvement with new ideas, processes and tools. Skills and Experience 6+ years of experience in software engineering. Fluent in English. Strong programming skills (Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, Scala, C#, Go, Python). End‑to‑end understanding of backend systems (database, authentication, API, security, performance). Strong knowledge of microservices architectures. Rigorous about best practices (technical design, testing, code reviews, documentation, maintenance). Mindset Solve problems and make complex things simple. Product mindset, always thinking about user experience and delivering value. Curious, open‑minded, almost language agnostic and non‑dogmatic. Write quality code, code efficiently, make right trade‑offs. Always learning, comfortable confronting ideas. Enjoy a cadence, bring the best of yourself to an early‑stage startup.
