Overview Veralto protects vital resources and pursues a safer, more sustainable future. As a Payroll Partner you join the HR Services team, based in France and remote. Location France – Remote Employment Type Full-time Responsibilities Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, ensuring SLAs and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and providing support to other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll‑related data; ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collective regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance for monthly payroll activities, updating related HRIS and sharing hiring, leaver, transfer, promotion changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and document procedures, ensuring internal controls are in place. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics; issue certificates and forms; reconcile and clarify accounts with the financial accounting department; support preparation of annual financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field; minimum of 2 years proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax and social security regulations in France; additional country‑specific knowledge welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; strong collaboration, communication, planning and ownership skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in French and English; knowledge of additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
