A unique journey awaits you at Lectra, are you ready to craft the future of technology together?Our Marketing and Communication Department, based in Bordeaux/Cestas and Paris, is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market Manager – Fashion sector M/FYour missionsCreate the marketing plan to meet the business and awareness challenges of our solutions (targets, needs, segmentation, distribution channels, etc.).Analyze sales and results in relation to objectives and market potentialExecute global marketing programs (campaigns, newsletters, customer events and other marketing tactics...)Design and develop multi-channel marketing contents: videos, infographics, webinar presentations, emails, social network posts, web pages...Launch and manage ABM marketing campaigns, based on account lists defined collaboratively with the regional marketing teams.Support and guide local marketing teams in the deployment of initiatives stemming from the Corporate plan.Share best practices (Corporate and regional) and make recommendations for improvement.Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (post-mortem presentation, action plan) and implement corrective actions if necessary.Manage plan and campaign budgets in coordination with the marketing operations team.Your profileWith a Master’s degree, ideally specialized in marketing (business school or equivalent), you have at least 5 to 10 years' significant experience in B2B marketing. You enjoy working in international, multicultural, cross-functional and complex environments.You have already worked in a B2B environment, ideally on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, and you have a strong taste for technology.Experience in an international environment is essential; knowledge of the industrial sector would be a real asset for the position but is not mandatory.Skills required:Fluent English (written and spoken)Strong synthesis and skillsAbility to manage several projects in parallelWillingness to propose new ideasStrong customer and results orientationKnowledge and practice of Salesforce and/or Marketo is a plusWhat does Lectra offer you?Join an innovative company providing premium solutions and servicesWork in an international, multicultural (32 nationalities) and agile environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
