Job Summary As an Internal Sales Representative at EBV Elektronik, you’ll combine commercial drive with technical understanding to support and grow customer accounts across your portfolio. Working closely with customers, field sales, and technical teams, you’ll build trusted relationships, identify new opportunities, and promote EBV’s market‑leading semiconductor solutions—driving sustainable growth, profitability, and long‑term value for customers, suppliers, and EBV Elektronik. Handle inbound and outbound customer contact, promoting EBV’s products, services, and technical capabilities. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries, maintaining a high level of service. Manage sales activity from first contact through to order fulfilment, following up to meet or exceed expectations. Grow existing accounts by applying customer insight, pipeline activity, and key delivery milestones. Collaborate within a team‑based sales environment, coordinating closely with field sales, product management, supply chain, and supplier partners. Provide customers with clear, accurate pricing and quotations, with up‑to‑date product information. Coordinate customer requirements around stock availability, lead times, and pricing, balancing needs with commercial objectives. Ideal Person Expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and business services; identifies and develops new qualified customers. Advanced knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, and order management. Proficient in Excel, using formulas and data analysis. Uses tools like QuoteFX, SupplierWin, PowerPoint, and WebEx to deliver professional solutions. Independent judgment and initiative, adapting creatively to new situations. Effective collaboration with internal teams and external contacts, contributing to projects and initiatives. Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays. Strong understanding of organisational practices and procedures to impact business outcomes. Manages responsibilities with minimal guidance, recognising significant impact on customers and performance.
