With a time-tested legacy of reliability, WATERAX carries on its mission to place powerful, precision-engineered pumps into the hands of the men and women who need to move water to protect our lives and communities from the ravages of wildfires.Job DescriptionThe Account Manager - Field Specialist EMEA, reporting directly to the Sales Manager – Canada / EMEA, is a seasoned professional with extensive sales expertise. In this multifaceted role, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for WATERAX core products while strategically cultivating and expanding our critical channel partner network within a specified geographical market region such as Europe, Middle East and Africa. Additionally, the incumbent will engage with new and prospective clients, effectively highlighting the distinctive features and advantages of the new MARK-3 Watson Edition pump. The primary objective is to encourage customers to transition to this innovative version while actively promoting all other cutting-edge WATERAX pump platforms.Uses his/her firsthand product use expertise to provide customers with the best WATERAX product solution suitable to their needs;Articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market;Responsible for developing, retaining and increasing sales and gross margins with key channel;Ability to identify and qualify business development opportunities to grow through dealer channel and company resources to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives;Manages existing sales channels and propose new dealer to recruit in key regions with less coverage;Diligently forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market;Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth;Routine key account management review to ensure sales objectives/target and provide quarterly results assessments of our channel partners;Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights;Participate in regional forestry events, conferences and tradeshows;Establishes personal contact and rapport with each key account and develop positive business relationships;Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development;Plays an active role with the Product Development and Marketing team by providing them with valuable customer feedback on product features, requirements including competitive intelligence;Adhere to all WATERAX policies and procedures pursuant to sales administration processes and guidelines;Adhere to WATERAX guidelines and policies in matters of ethics and code of conduct;Education & ExperienceUniversity degree in marketing or business studies is an asset;Related experience in sales management or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience;A valid driver’s license;Understanding of WATERAX products, services and capabilities. Must demonstrate ability to understand our products and mechanical concepts and to successfully communicate them to customers and sales channel partners;Knowledge of the Fire industry and experience in wildland firefighting is an asset;Highly professional and positive attitude and ability to deliver customer-focused service;Strategic thinking, strong listening skills and patience to work with customers and understand their needs;Energetic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly, and multi-tasking is a must;Natural curiosity and passion for excellence, improvement and problem solving;Innovative, creative and decisive;A positive attitude and professional appearance along with the ability to thrive in a small company environment and build strong relationships with coworkers, customers and partners;Must be persistent, action-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated;Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work;Excellent people skills, including experience working with a variety of cross functional and international stakeholders;Diplomacy and tact in interpersonal relationships;Excellent time management and direct selling skills;Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information;Professional communication skills through email and phone calls;Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is an asset (French, German, Spanish, Italian);Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite is required (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, ChatGPT);Familiarity and expertise with CRM software;Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsTravel is required up to 60% of the time to meet with channel partners, organize product presentations and joint demos, trade show and conference participation; #J-18808-Ljbffr
