Your role Lead and further develop the PMO and project management culture across R&D Define and deploy pragmatic PM methodologies, tools and KPIs to drive project performance and decision‑making Simplify and harmonize project and budget management practices Support and develop the PMO team and the broader PM community Contribute directly to the success of therapeutic projects Your profile Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, fluent in French and English Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, ideally in drug development Ability to drive change in a complex, cross‑functional environment PMP certification is a plus Why join us?
