Our client is currently looking for an ERP Change Management Consultant to support our client with their Salesforce project.Start: January 2026Duration: 6+ MonthsLocation: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in La Defense and 2 days remoteLanguages: English and French speakingType: Contract/FreelanceRole / ResponsibilitiesMust have previous change management experience on Salesforce projects.Create clear, effective training materials and collaborate with IT, development teams, Product Owners, and business leads.Deliver and coordinate Train-the-Trainer and end-user training; support creation of Salesforce eLearning modules.Proficient in M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Clipchamp); Copilot experience is a plus.Strong communication, formatting, and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused approach.Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Agile, adaptable, and able to manage priorities effectively.Would you be interested?
