Business Development Manager – France Make Your Mark. Drive Growth. Expand Our Footprint in France. What You’ll Do Drive Market Expansion in France: Identify, engage, and win new business with organisers and partners across the French market, helping GES establish a strong commercial presence. Be a Revenue Hunter: Target high-value opportunities and strategically drive pipeline growth to exceed revenue goals and accelerate our footprint in France. Lead the First Contact: Be the face of GES to new prospects, building credibility and rapport while uncovering their needs and tailoring winning solutions. Craft Proposals that Win: Produce compelling written proposals and RFP responses that stand out, demonstrating GES’s capabilities and value. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in Exhibitions, Congress, Marketing and other key departments to deliver seamless and successful client experiences. Own Your Success: Take full ownership of your market, strategy and results, with the backing of a strong team behind you. What We’re Looking For Proven success in business development or B2B sales, ideally within the exhibitions, events or live experiences sector. A self-starter who thrives on challenge, embraces targets and has a track record of closing new business. Fluent in French and English, with the confidence to build relationships and pitch solutions at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing impactful proposals. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a desire to make things happen. Ce Que Vous Ferez Développer le Marché en France : Identifier, engager et remporter de nouveaux contrats avec des organisateurs et partenaires sur le marché français, pour établir une forte présence commerciale de GES. Être un Chasseur de Revenus : Cibler des opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée et développer le pipeline de manière stratégique pour dépasser les objectifs de revenus et accélérer notre implantation en France. Être le Premier Contact : Représenter GES auprès des nouveaux prospects, instaurer la crédibilité et la confiance tout en identifiant leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions gagnantes. Rédiger des Propositions Impactantes : Produire des propositions écrites et des réponses à des appels d’offres convaincantes, mettant en valeur les capacités et les atouts de GES. Collaborer avec les Équipes : Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Expositions, Congrès, Marketing et autres départements clés pour offrir une expérience client fluide et réussie. Prendre en Main Votre Succès : Vous serez libre de piloter votre marché, votre stratégie et vos résultats, avec le soutien d’une équipe solide derrière vous. Ce Que Nous Recherchons Succès avéré en développement commercial ou ventes B2B, idéalement dans le secteur des expositions, événements ou expériences en direct. Un(e) autodidacte qui aime les défis, les objectifs ambitieux, et qui a un historique de signatures de nouveaux contrats. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec l’aisance nécessaire pour créer des relations et présenter des solutions à tous les niveaux. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec une expérience dans la rédaction de propositions percutantes. Esprit stratégique avec une forte vision commerciale et une volonté de faire bouger les choses. Esprit d’équipe collaboratif, rigoureux(se), attentif(ve) aux détails et orienté(e) vers l’excellence.
