Business Developer Manager (M/F/D) – 656 Editions Join Infopro Digital, a B2B group specialising in information and technology, to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon. Companeo is a key player in B2B lead generation with an international presence since 2005, and we are looking for a Business Developer Manager on a permanent contract. The Challenge Ahead As a Business Developer Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients. You will research key players in specific categories in Spain and other markets, establish and develop relationships with prospects by telephone, email and in person, build and convert a portfolio of national clients, and manage accounts to help existing customers expand into new markets or categories. Your Responsibilities Research key players in specific categories in Spain and other markets, and establish and develop relationships with prospects by telephone, email and in person. Build and convert a portfolio of national clients. Manage existing customer accounts to expand into new markets or categories. Work collaboratively with the Sales Assistants team and Customer Success Managers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Communicate customer concerns to the relevant teams and develop strategies to ensure consistent follow-up. Achieve ambitious but realistic goals. About You At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment, preferably in B2B services. Experience in prospecting (hunting) for new clients and a passion for signing new contracts. Fluency in spoken and written Spanish (native preferred) and a good level of English; other languages are an asset. Excellent telephone, Teams and administrative skills; ability to build trust, convince and engage customers over the phone. Good listening skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to manage conflicts quickly and effectively while balancing customer and company interests.
