Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Job DescriptionThrough collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.Main ResponsibilitiesManagement of Expatriations and International TransfersCoordinate the expatriation process: preparation of the package, documentation, administrative procedures, visas, work permits, vaccinations, and medical requirementsEnsure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding immigration, taxation, social security, and labor lawSupervise relocation logistics: housing, transportation, insurance, and administrative supportEnsure integration of inbound expatriates in FranceManage returns to the home country, transitions to local contracts, and early returnsAdvise HR Managers and Operations Managers on international mobility issues (cost simulations, packages, immigration, taxation, social protection, package calculations)Act as the technical expert and reference point for the International Mobility teamInform expatriate employees about taxation, security, health, and cultural integrationCoordinate external service providers in tax and social law, immigration, and relocationNegotiate and monitor partner contracts to ensure quality serviceStay informed about legislative developments in the countries where the company operates and adapt internal processes for complianceSkills and Profile RequiredEducationGeneralist Master’s degree in Administration or Management (Bac+5)Specialized Master’s degree in International HR or Law (social, tax, business, international)Business school degree complemented by an HR Master’s degreeIEP (Institute of Political Studies) complemented by an HR Master’s degreeSpecialized Master’s degree in HR Management and International MobilitySpecialized curriculum: Magellan InstituteExperienceMinimum of 10 years in international mobility management, ideally in the Energy/EPC, industrial, or construction sectors.Technical KnowledgeRegulations in immigration, international taxation, and social securityRelocation processes, visa management, and work permitsHR management tools and specialized software (e.g., PeopleSoft)SkillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent command of French and English; proficiency in other languages (Italian, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) is an assetPersonal QualitiesRigor, autonomy, and a sense of confidentialityFlexibility and strong adaptabilityTeam spirit and ability to work with diverse stakeholdersCustomer service orientation: attentive to employees, managers, HR managers, and local payroll managersAnalytical skills: ability to understand complex situations, identify key issues, and prioritizeStrong interpersonal skills and diplomacy: ability to build and maintain networks and communicate tactfully about compensationNegotiation and patience: ability to justify packages and benefitsYour Career with UsWorking at Technip Energies is an exciting journey filled with innovative projects and active collaborations.
