Purpose The Global EHS Senior Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental Health & Safety programs across IOS Manufacturing plants and Service Centers worldwide. This strategic role ensures compliance, fosters a culture of safety, and integrates sustainability into operations. The position requires strong leadership, global coordination, and deep expertise in EHS standards and risk management. Key Missions 1. Leadership Commitment Define and deploy global EHS policies aligned with corporate strategy. Champion a safety-first culture through visible leadership and engagement. Collaborate with site leaders to embed EHS into operational excellence initiatives. 2. Employee Involvement Drive employee participation in EHS programs and initiatives. Organize and lead training programs to build EHS awareness and competencies. Promote open communication and feedback loops on safety matters. Conduct global risk assessments and hazard analyses. Implement preventive and corrective measures to mitigate risks. Standardize risk control methodologies across all sites. 4. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to local, national, and international EHS regulations. Lead internal audits and support external inspections. Maintain and update compliance documentation and certifications. Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis. Develop and track corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. Share lessons learned across the global network. Monitor EHS performance metrics and KPIs. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Benchmark best practices and deploy them globally. 7. Sustainability Focus Integrate environmental sustainability into EHS strategy. Monitor and reduce environmental impact across operations. Support initiatives in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation. Profile & Other Information Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a global industrial EHS role. Proven track record in managing EHS across multiple international sites. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills. Ability to travel internationally as required.
