Als EHS Manager bij ICON speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en het welzijn van onze medewerkers, het naleven van relevante wet- en regelgeving en het bevorderen van een cultuur van veiligheidsbewustzijn, met een sterke focus op arbeidshygiëne. Wat je gaat doen Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van EHS-beleid, procedures en programma’s om een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving te bevorderen. Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en audits om gevaren te identificeren, risico’s te evalueren en passende beheersmaatregelen te implementeren. Adviseren en ondersteunen van management en medewerkers over EHS-gerelateerde onderwerpen, waaronder training, bewustwording en noodprocedures. Monitoren en analyseren van EHS-prestatie-indicatoren om voortgang te volgen, verbeterpunten te identificeren en continue verbeterinitiatieven te stimuleren. Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om EHS-overwegingen te integreren in bedrijfsactiviteiten en besluitvormingsprocessen. Jouw profiel Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in milieukunde, arbeids- en veiligheidskunde, arbeidshygiëne of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Gecertificeerd HVK Veiligheidskundige, richting Arbeidshygiëne. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vakgebied EHS, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische, biotechnologische of gezondheidszorgsector. Grondige kennis van relevante EHS-regelgeving en -normen Sterke leiderschaps-, communicatie- en sociale vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken en invloed uit te oefenen op stakeholders op alle niveaus van de organisatie. #LI-RD1 What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
