Cybersecurity Task Order Project ManagerJoin to apply for the Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager role at TekSynap.We are seeking a Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager to join our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Team.ResponsibilitiesServe as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or group of task orders) supporting cybersecurity operations and enterprise migration systems.Assist the Program Manager in coordination with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level COR, Government leadership, and customer agency representatives.Manage all aspects of assigned task order(s), ensuring technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are executed in accordance with requirements and within established timelines.Provide enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning, ensuring seamless alignment with other functional systems and programs.Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices.Lead risk management activities, identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with RMF processes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and outcomes.Conduct program reviews, progress assessments, and quality assurance activities to ensure delivery excellence.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to task order personnel to ensure optimal performance and alignment with mission objectives.ExperienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum six (6) years of general IT experience.Minimum six (6) years of cybersecurity experience.Demonstrated leadership experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity.Strong knowledge and practical application of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.Risk Management Professional credential.DoD 8570 IAM Level III Baseline CertificationCertified Information Security Manager (CISM)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)ClearanceSecret - IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC.Work Environment and Additional InformationLocations: Remote; Type of environment: Remote; Noise level: Medium; Work schedule: Day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
