Head of Partnerships & Sponsorships at YEET Magazine Overview YEET Magazine is a cutting-edge digital publication that explores culture, lifestyle, and current trends. We aim to deliver compelling content to a global audience while creating meaningful advertising and sponsorship opportunities for brands. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to manage and grow our partnership and sponsorship initiatives. Role Responsibilities Partnership Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and sponsorship strategy that aligns with YEET’s business objectives and enhances our brand’s presence. Identify and secure new partnerships with brands, advertisers, and agencies that align with YEET’s vision and audience. Sponsorship Management: Lead the negotiation and execution of high-value sponsorship agreements that deliver value to both YEET and our partners. Oversee the activation of sponsorship campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and results. Relationship Building and Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors to ensure ongoing collaboration and renewal of contracts. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns are optimized for success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure partnerships and sponsorships are aligned with YEET’s content strategy and brand voice. Collaborate with the sales team to integrate partnership and sponsorship opportunities into the overall revenue-generation strategy. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership offerings based on market demands and insights. Reporting and Performance Metrics: Track and report on partnership and sponsorship performance, ensuring campaigns deliver the desired outcomes. Develop detailed reports for senior management to assess ROI and performance. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorships, or business development (preferably in media, publishing, or digital platforms). Strong track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships and sponsorships. Experience in developing and executing successful partnership strategies that drive revenue. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions. A deep understanding of digital advertising trends and the media landscape. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
