About the job:
As a Senior Product Manager within our Growth Line, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our diverse portfolio of products. This involves running experiments and implementing growth-focused initiatives aimed at enhancing user activation, engagement, and retention rates across the entire platform.
In this role, you will lead product development in collaboration with a dedicated team of engineers and designers. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and teams from various departments to deliver impactful results.
Your responsibilities will include cultivating deep insights into our products, customers, and market trends, which will help inform our growth strategy. You will also develop and maintain a well-prioritized roadmap and opportunity backlog that reflects our collective goals.
This position does not include direct reports; you will report to a Group Product Manager or Director of Product.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing leadership teams to strategize and implement cross-sell opportunities.
- Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of experiments and product changes aimed at improving our growth metrics and increasing multi-product adoption.
- Facilitate product development processes for your team in close partnership with Engineering and Design.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our users through qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Engage actively as part of the Product and Engineering team, collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and post-release monitoring.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across the company to determine how your team can best leverage synergies with other teams to broaden our product expansion potential.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Over 3 years of experience working in an agile, cross-functional product team.
- Proven experience running experiments with a lean approach, focusing on rapid iterations.
- A data-informed approach to product management and prioritization, using data for decision-making and to quantify the potential impact of initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in running queries and reports; familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills that facilitate effective collaboration and communication across teams.
- A mindset that prioritizes MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency.
- A solid understanding of user psychology and marketing strategies to align product development with user needs.
- A keen eye for usability and aesthetics, ensuring product experiences are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- A desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative environment that aligns with our company values.
