The Hubert Curien Laboratory in Saint-Étienne invites applications for a PhD fellowship on multi-scale modeling of ultrafast laser-driven thermofluid flows for nanostructure reshaping within the ULTraFlow project.
You will develop computational tools coupling ultrafast near-field absorption, heat transfer and phase transitions to predict nanoscale modifications, working with MD and extended CFD methods.
