Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityWithin this role, you will have the opportunity to join the global People Development & Engagement team and become the Single Point of Contact for Global Support Functions & MTS within initiatives related to Development, Wellbeing, Engagement as well as Transformation projects.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesYou lead and drive implementation and follow-up of programs and processes related to e.g People review & Succession planning, Global Talent & management programs, performance management, experts community and mandatory e-learningsYou support global employee retention initiativesYou promote & facilitate internal mobilityYou lead and drive implementation and follow-up of programs and processes related to CSR, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Satisfaction & WellbeingYou coordinate e-learning reporting and follow-upYou Support overall Wellbeing, Engagement and D&I actions and eventsYou actively collaborate with Global HRBP peers, L&D SPOC and GBL HRDs for transformational process improvement topicsWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
