We are seeking a Sales Coordinator dedicated to the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.Role DescriptionWho you are:The sales coordinator is responsible for handling day-to-day sales administration, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Reporting directly to the head of sales coordination, this role supports the sales team and acts as a key link between the salesperson and the client.What You Will DoSales support: Assist the sales team by providing support services and feedback from customers to relevant departments.Order satisfaction: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders in the ERP system, including order entry, verification, customer contact, invoicing, shipping arrangements, and record maintenance.Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as technical customer service, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize operations.Records & Reporting: Maintain records and tools (ERP/CRM) and provide order information for financial forecasting.Skills & ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.Proficiency with CRM and ERP software, preferably Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong customer focus, attentive listening, and clear messaging.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Effective multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.Technologically savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Dynamics.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits include growth opportunities in a top international firm, shuttle service from Massy Palaiseau, performance bonuses, flexible work arrangements, and company events like L-fest.Additional InformationSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics ManufacturingThis job posting is active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
