Ensures compliance and regular updates of in-store visual communication (price labels, signage, etc.).
Improves accessibility of the product range for customers and informs them about purchasing options.
Supports sales teams in implementing promotional and commercial activities.
Guarantees in-store and external POS materials and displays (visual merchandising/staging: podiums, window displays, etc.).
Coordinates the rollout of range changes in collaboration with Store Area Managers (equipment, visual communication, layout, etc.).

Two-year postsecondary diploma (Bac+2) — e.g., display decorator/visual merchandiser or BTS in Retail Management
Proven experience in a merchandising department or in a retail store is required
Strong customer service orientation
Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
