Project Manager Cyber – End User & Data Security - Freelance Join to apply for the Project Manager Cyber – End User & Data Security - Freelance role at Collective.work Budget: €450 per day max Duration: 12 months, renewable Start date: 12/01/2026 Contract: Open to freelancers and CDI Telework: 3 days per week (increased presence during the first 3 months) Location: 75 Contexte Vous rejoindrez une équipe Cyber Defense d’un grand groupe international, en charge de piloter les projets de sécurité liés aux produits de cyberdéfense (PAM, End User & Data, Network & Messaging, SOC, Application Security & Vulnerability Management) pour différentes entités dans le monde. Dans le cadre de sa stratégie, la Cyber Defense souhaite renforcer son équipe avec un Project Manager Cyber pour piloter un programme de remplacement de la solution antimalware à l’échelle du groupe. Missions Principales Piloter le programme d’étude et de remplacement de la solution antimalware à l’échelle internationale Cadrer le programme : objectifs, périmètre, parties prenantes, planning, budget Échanger avec le sponsor et présenter le programme aux différentes entités du groupe Gérer les stakeholders (équipes internes, entités pays, vendors externes) Suivre le processus d’achats et les négociations en lien avec les équipes concernées Travailler avec les experts produits pour : analyser les fonctionnalités existantes lancer les RFP réaliser les analyses de gap entre besoins et solutions du marché Contribuer à la définition du nouveau produit (antimalware cible) et piloter son déploiement dans les entités En lien avec les security officers, prioriser et implémenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et nouveaux processus (y compris la gestion des demandes d’exception) Définir et suivre la gouvernance du programme : comités, décisions, risques, actions Définir, suivre et consolider les KPI, le reporting projet et portefeuille projets (avancement, scope, budget, risques, issues) Participer aux éventuels audits ou revues liés au périmètre Profil Recherché Project Manager / Chef de projet cybersécurité, avec 3 à 6 ans d’expérience Expérience en gestion de projets de cybersécurité, idéalement sur des périmètres : End User & Data, Network & Messaging, Application Security, Vulnerability Management Expérience de direction de programmes complexes : multi-pays, multi-stakeholders, interactions avec des vendors majeurs (type Microsoft…) Excellentes compétences en gestion de parties prenantes, y compris auprès d’interlocuteurs C-level Aisance dans la préparation et l’animation de présentations : slides clairs, conduite de réunions, restitution écrite et orale Bonne compréhension des environnements IT et sécurité, et des enjeux liés aux solutions antimalware et à la protection des postes utilisateurs Idéalement, certifications sécurité (type CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001…) Très bonne capacité de structuration, d’analyse, de suivi de planning et de budget Français courant et anglais courant (mission opérée en environnement international) Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
