We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong Java development skills to support automated testing efforts and actively contribute to software development in a microservices and Kafka-based environment.Work setup: 100% on-site with 1 day remote possibleContract: FreelanceDuration: Long-term mission (5+ years)Type of testing: automated, integration, performance (microservices-oriented)Main objective: design, execute, and maintain technical tests within a distributed environment (Kafka, OpenShift, microservices)Your mission:Define and implement testing strategy.Develop test scripts (functional, integration, performance).Validate Kafka message flows, RESTful APIs, and full system workflows.Perform load, stress, and scalability testing in cloud environments.Collaborate in test data generation and application development.CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CDHybrid technical profile: testing + Java developmentMandatory Requirements:EU nationality (held for at least 5 years if acquired).If this role aligns with your experience and you're seeking a long-term freelance opportunity in a dynamic European context, don’t hesitate.
