Our growth is creating great opportunities*Below is the job description for open position**Responsabilités**Staffing* Prend en charge les recrutements et les mobilités internes (définition du besoin, sélection des canaux de recrutement ou diffusion des offres internes, entretiens, propositions, réponses aux candidats, intégration)* Assure l’adéquation des profils avec les besoins actuels et perspectives de développement de l’entreprise* Suit les indicateurs de recrutement et veille à la maîtrise des coûts de recrutement,* Prend en charge les besoins variables/ temporaires (intérimaires), suit les indicateurs et veille à la maitrise des coûts.* Interlocuteur privilégié des prestataires externes (cabinet de recrutement/ agences d’intérim)Formation* En charge de l’élaboration et du déploiement du plan de formation pour Levallois, Mantes, Clermont et Holding, en lien avec l’équipe Corporate* Recueil les besoins de formation exprimés durant les évaluations annuelles, valorise les coûts des besoins remontés et propose les arbitrages.* Déploie le plan de formation annuel en lien avec les managers, évalue la performance du plan de formation (tant sur sa qualité, son bénéfice que ses couts) et présente un bilan annuel aux représentants du personnel.Development* Gère le process de management de la performance en lien avec le HR Director et l’équipe Corporate* Fait des analyses du process d’évaluation de la performance et en fait ressortir les grandes tendances* A la charge de la gestion des talents en lien avec l’équipe Corporate et le HR Director* Développe les relations écoles et construit une politique Alternance fiable sur son périmètreAmelioration Continue et Digitalisation* Etablit les reportings nécessaires à la mesure de la performance de son activité (reportings mensuels, annuels et consolidés)* Participe à tous les projets d’amélioration continue du service (outils IA inclus), aux processus Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement**Qualification*** Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que généraliste RH* Master / Licence en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine similaire* Solide formation en RH/ Droit du travail, bonne connaissance de la législation en matière de droit du travail, connaissance des techniques de communication et de négociation, qualités rédactionnelles* Aptitude pour le travail en équipe et en autonomie, Capacité d’adaptation au changement, diplomatie, esprit d’initiative, esprit critique* Parle couramment le français et l'anglais*Join Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.*LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
