The HR Generalist is responsible to support day-to-day operations of the HR department. Takes care of all HR aspects related to the employee life-cycle. Key point of contact for the employee as an SME for Company policies, onboarding, employee performance - growth & development learning path, payroll related administration, absence management, and general labor conditions. The individual ensures accurate and up to date reporting through the applicable Global and Local HR systems As an HR Generalist you oversee the HR responsibilities and activities for the country. You collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment processes. You manage local employee relations and support training and development and specific projects related to your location. The role as HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional You perform a wide variety of HR tasks and you use Human Resources Information Systems and other tools to generate reports and collaborate with the local payroll to ensure data quality and consistency. You also act as the main point of contact for employee questions on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure that the HR department functions smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole and to provide employees with a good experience and dynamism. **Key Responsibilities** - You work closely with the Business Partners and the other colleagues and you report to the HR Market Lead.
