We are seeking an HR Generalist for France to support the France HR Team and HR Lead. We would love you to be proactive, trustworthy, and come with a strong business acumen as well as the ability to prioritize workload. Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, this position will support HR France and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to advance the broader business strategy. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities**: **HR Community Leadership**: - Collaborates with team members and partners across the Human Resources (HR) model to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery of HR services such as onboarding, offboarding, and statutory reporting. Supports businesses/teams, including budget management for the HR team, and participates in facilitating leadership and a customer-first culture. **HR Governance** - Participates in governance committees, ensuring HR policies are aligned with stakeholder businesses, maintaining accurate HR information, driving compliance with Microsoft HR practices, improving HR processes, and coordinating with stakeholders for deliverable execution. **Statutory Accountability**: - Gain knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends affecting HR policies, translate requirements for the employer, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist in resolving HR issues to mitigate legal and financial risks, aligning with Microsoft's brand and values. **Employee Experience/Engagement**: - Supports the implementation of processes for new hires, employees, managers, and leaders, ensuring aligned internal communications, collaborating on engagement strategies, and enhancing employee experiences for business impact, promoting fairness and inclusivity. - Responsible for various administrative tasks & processes **Projects, Programs, and Initiatives**: - Participates in various projects and initiatives with supervision, executing plans, and adapting to emerging needs. - Assists in engaging with local communities, stakeholders, and external HR contacts to promote the Microsoft brand and values, while also supporting team efforts in community interaction through social and professional media. - Crisis Management: Supports team during crises, including emergency responses, risk management, and business continuity, and collaborates on Employee Assistance Programs for employees during and after crises. - Uphold company culture and values. **Qualifications**: - Experience in team - and networking. - Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to handle conflict and ambiguity effectively. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - A strong growth mindset and commitment to high work standards. - Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office is required **Required/ Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits) involving applicable employment laws and policies - OR equivalent experience. - Fluent in French and in English **Additional/ Preferred Qualifications** - Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, - OR related field. /span>
