In this role you report directly to the Site Management Team and define KPIs to measure and drive improvements.You will make key contributions to Envalior:Lead and manage the Improve Plant Department, safeguarding quality, structure, and systems.Prioritize and manage project portfolios (CAPEX and non-CAPEX) to maximize business value. Ensuring prioritization and execution of high-value opportunities.Collaborate across internal and external Envalior sites to align and accelerate improvements.Champion SHE principles by embedding Life Saving Rules and translating the Life Saving Rules to practical situationsDrive technological innovation, implementing solutions that enhance operational performance.The Antwerp site is characterized by highly complex processes, demanding both strong theoretical knowledge and a practical understanding of the operational challenges faced by colleagues. With multiple process technologies across various plants undergoing continuous improvement, the role also calls for driving major improvements in equipment reliability through structured projects and work processes.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEPlease note: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Belgium with fluency in Dutch.
