Buildofarm is seeking a full-time Success Coach for a remote, US-based role. You will guide and motivate new and aspiring commodity brokers through our educational and software ecosystem, ensuring active engagement and progress toward business goals.
You will host regular coaching sessions, simplify complex trading concepts into actionable steps, track client milestones, and coordinate with internal teams to remove obstacles and personalize support.
