About SQLI SQLI is a European Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Services Group, with 2,200 employees across 12 countries, including Europe and Morocco, generating €250 million in revenue. Job Title: Learning Director Reporting to the Group CHRO, the Learning Director will support SQLI’s transformation, growth ambitions, and help increase SQLIans’ impact for customers. Responsibilities Define the learning strategy in close collaboration with HR teams, Technical Directors, Service Line Managers, and Country/Zones leaders. Promote a culture of learning at the pace of change. Reskill and invest in future skills and certifications at scale. Transform jobs in the era of generative AI. Elevate engineers to consultants and Trusted Advisors. Boost industry or functional expertise on selected use cases. Support leadership and managerial skills development (Leadership Program). Deploy a content platform (Udemy) and monitor its adoption. Foster best‑in‑class ways of working at SQLI. Define and monitor an ambitious certification strategy. Coordinate the internal trainers’ community. Respect budget guidelines; produce and follow insightful KPIs. Contribute to other HR/CSR transversal projects for the group. Manage the learning team: 3 FTEs based in France and Morocco. Ways of Working & ESG GenAI adoption for “billable” employees and support functions. Knowledge and assets sharing. Digital sobriety and eco‑design (ESG ambitions). Tech communities (Tech Society). Nearshore collaboration (Morocco and Spain). Hybrid work. Modern workplace adoption (new apps & tools). Collaboration at scale, at group level. Embed ESG in consulting approach: Climate & environment, Skills, health & inclusion, Data protection & procurement. Qualifications Experience leading a learning department. Experience in an intercultural society. Change management expertise. Strong communication skills across all profiles, including Tech Experts. IT industry knowledge. Ability to work in a matrix organisation. Balance vision with hands‑on execution. Managerial skills. Fluency in French and English. Location Headquarter in Levallois‑Perret (or SQLI office), with regular visits to other geographies if not based in Levallois.
