À propos de PickyPal : PickyPal est une startup early stage, actuellement incubée à la Station F, au programme Cegid Data Lab. Nous développons des solutions SaaS de conseiller d'achat et vendeur virtuel en IA générative pour les entreprises de l’ecommerce. Notre mission est d'aider chaque consommateur à trouver le produit qui lui correspond personnellement, améliorant ainsi l'expérience client en ligne et augmentant le taux de conversion pour nos clients. Fondée par une entrepreneuse passionnée par l'impact de l'IA sur l’ecommerce, PickyPal est à la recherche de son / sa prochain(e) CTO, qui jouera un rôle pivot dans la réalisation de notre vision.

Mission du poste : En tant que CTO et co-fondateur de PickyPal, vous serez chargé de diriger toute l'initiative technique de la startup, commençant par la prise en main du développement produit au potentiels recrutement et management d’une équipe technique. Ce rôle exige une forte autonomie et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement de startup dynamique, rapide et en constante évolution. Vous serez le pilier technique de l'entreprise, avec une opportunité unique de modeler l'avenir de notre technologie.

Responsabilités clés :

• Prendre en charge le développement technique de notre produit, actuellement au stade MVP, en étant impliqué(e) dans tous les aspects du développement, de l'architecture système à la mise en production.
• Collaborer étroitement avec la CEO pour aligner la stratégie technique avec les objectifs commerciaux de la startup. 
• Être orienté autant produit que tech, en priorisant l’efficacité, l’itération et l’adaptation constante du produit aux besoins du marché.
• Construire de zéro l'équipe technique, en établissant les fondations d'une culture d'excellence technique et d'innovation.
• Être à l'avant-garde de la veille technologique, en assurant que PickyPal reste à la pointe des tendances et avancées technologiques en IA, ML, NLP et data science.
• Contribuer à la prise de décisions stratégiques.

Compétences techniques :

• Expérience prouvée en développement logiciel avec spécialisation en IA, machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) et IA générative (Gen-AI).
• Maîtrise des frameworks et bibliothèques courants d'IA/ML comme PyTorch et des outils NLP.
• Maitrise des LLMs, du RAG et des frameworks comme Langchain.
• Forte compétence en data science, y compris une expérience avec SQL/NoSQL, ETL, et des plateformes de traitement de données comme Apache Spark.
• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière d'architecture de systèmes scalables et sécurisés, de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) et de cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Forte compétence en code et backend.
• Compétence en frontend est un plus apprécié.

Job Mission:

As the CTO and co-founder of PickyPal, you will be responsible for leading the entire technical initiative of the startup, starting with hands-on product development to potentially recruiting and leading a technical team. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving startup environment. You will be the technical pillar of the company, with a unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the technical development of our product, currently at MVP stage, by being involved in all aspects of development, from system architecture to deployment.
• Work closely with the CEO to align the technical strategy with the startup's business objectives.
• Be both product and tech-oriented, prioritizing efficiency, iteration, and constant adaptation of the product to market needs.
• Build the technical team from scratch, establishing the foundations of a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Stay at the forefront of technological monitoring, ensuring that PickyPal remains at the cutting edge of trends and technological advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and data science.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in software development with a specialization in AI, machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and generative AI (Gen-AI).
• Mastery of common AI/ML frameworks and libraries like PyTorch and NLP tools.
• Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, and frameworks like Langchain.
• Strong data science skills, including experience with SQL/NoSQL, ETL, and data processing platforms like Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of best practices in scalable and secure system architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• High competence in coding and backend.
• Frontend skills are an appreciated plus.
