Role Overview As the Affiliates Manager at SharkNinja you will be instrumental in driving growth and performance in the French market by implementing and managing strategies for the channel. This role requires leveraging innovative opportunities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grow sales, enhance brand advocacy and customer lifetime value. What will you do Create and implement a strategic plan for the Affiliates channel aimed at driving growth in the French market. Oversee and execute Affiliates activities with a best‑in‑class approach including hands‑on and network management. Report on performance metrics against forecasts and KPIs at various intervals. Foster profitable relationships with key affiliate partners and diversify publisher and vertical mix. Engage and develop relationships with the affiliate network AWIN. Identify, test and implement innovative growth opportunities for the channel. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including eCommerce Marketing, Commercial Conversion and Creative teams. Plan and execute campaigns with Affiliate Partners in collaboration with the Affiliate Network. Manage creatives, offers and communication for publishers within the Affiliate Network. What will you have Proven professional experience in affiliate or digital marketing (minimum 2 years) and in‑depth knowledge of the French affiliate market. Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships easily. Strong analytical and strategic skills with meticulous attention to detail. Motivated self‑starter with curiosity and ambition to test and execute new ideas. Highly commercial with the ability to prioritize high‑value initiatives and create robust campaign plans. Proactive, self‑driven with strong team ethics and excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced international environment. Fluent in French and English.
