About the internship We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to join the team overseeing the Startup Competitions and Hackathons, supporting the full end‑to‑end coordination of these programs for both Paris Blockchain Week and Raise Summit. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in event project management, community engagement, and startup ecosystem development, while working closely with experienced teams across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination : Support the overall planning and execution of the Hackathons and Startup Competitions - including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and follow‑up of participants. Partner & Community Engagement : Assist in liaising with startups, developers, mentors, judges, corporates, and VCs. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Operational Support : Help manage timelines, deliverables, and logistics for each stage of the projects. Event Activation : Assist with registrations, communication, scheduling, and on‑site coordination during the events. Ecosystem Mapping : Research and identify promising startups, developer communities, and partners aligned with the event themes. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6-12 months of demonstrated experience (internships included). Ideally prior experience within the venture capital ecosystem or at a high‑growth technology startup / scaleup. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; French is a plus. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment. Deep Interest in web3, AI, startups, and technology is highly desirable.
