Join to apply for the Senior Sales Executive – France (f/m/x) role at Eversports Overview As our Senior Sales Executive (France) (f/m/x) you will play a key role in expanding Eversports’ presence in this exciting and fast‑growing market. Supported by a dedicated SDR team, you’ll guide qualified prospects through the sales journey—delivering compelling demos, building strong relationships across the local sports ecosystem, and converting interest into lasting partnerships. Acting as our ambassador on the ground in France, you’ll strengthen our brand through personal interactions and help bring our mission to "make sports happen" to life. Location Lyon, France Employment Full‑time (35 h/week, every second Friday off) Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow Eversports’ presence in France Engage and qualify prospects in collaboration with the SDR team, ensuring smooth handovers and a strong, well‑informed pipeline Deliver tailored product demos that translate the value of Eversports into the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each potential partner Guide prospects through the decision process, building trust through thoughtful follow‑up, strong product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach Represent Eversports at local events, fairs, studio visits, and industry gatherings to strengthen visibility and establish meaningful relationships across the French sports ecosystem Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine our sales approach Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience for prospects from first contact to handover, supporting long‑term customer success Proactively generate additional demo opportunities through outreach or networking Qualifications Native French speaker with strong English communication skills 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or a digital product environment A track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business A relationship builder at heart – empathetic, curious, and capable of earning trust with both small studios and larger, more established sports providers Proactive, organised, and self‑driven, with a habit of taking ownership, asking the right questions early, and keeping the pipeline clean and structured Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering closely with SDRs and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects Genuine passion for sport, fitness, or wellness, paired with an interest in helping sports providers modernise and grow their businesses Experience with CRM systems (We use HubSpot) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly Benefits Freedom of flexible, no core hours with control over your own schedule Full‑time, 35‑hour work week, with every second Friday off Travel to Vienna for company events and to connect with the Eversports team Monthly sports budget to book your favourite activities at Eversports – stay active and healthy €500 training budget and 5 extra vacation days for further trainings and self‑improvement Quarterly "Day to explore" to pursue areas of interest Company MacBook Be part of a passionate, international, innovative, and sporty team At Eversports we acknowledge and value the strength in diversity, which is why our 90 employees come from over 25 different countries.
