Cette flotte, déployée initialement en 2020 et renouvelée en 2024, restera en production jusqu’à fin 2028. Le contrat d’intégration de la solution mobile arrive à échéance fin 2026 et doit être renouvelé pour couvrir la durée d’exploitation des équipements. Dans ce cadre, le Contract Manager / PMO aura la responsabilité de piloter le suivi contractuel, financier et opérationnel de la flotte, tout en contribuant à la gouvernance et à la préparation du renouvellement de contrat.Missions PrincipalesAssurer le suivi contractuel et financier de la flotte mobile : gestion des effectifs de terminaux, contrôle de la facturation, suivi budgétaire, consolidation des reportings mensuels (Power BI, Excel)Piloter l’activité opérationnelle : gestion des commandes terrain, suivi des stocks, contrôle des SLA et des indicateurs de performanceGérer les reprises de matériel : valorisation des flux de reprise, mise à jour du modèle économique associéContribuer à la gouvernance : préparation des instances contractuelles, animation de la performance financière, suivi des risques et plans d’actionsPréparer et mettre à jour le plan de réversibilité et les éléments contractuels liés aux périodes de gratuité ou d’engagementAssurer le transfert de compétences auprès d’un second responsable de contrat en montée en puissanceLivrables AttendusReportings mensuels budgétaires et opérationnels (budget/facturation, stocks, SLA, KPIs)Modèles de valorisation des reprises de matériel et mises à jour des modèles économiquesPlan de pilotage et de comitologie contractuelleTableaux de bord financiers et opérationnels (Power BI, Excel)Plan de réversibilité détaillé (objectifs, gratuité, indicateurs, jalons)Environnement Technique / OutilsPower BI, ExcelERP / outils de gestion financière (GFC ou équivalent)Outils collaboratifs : SharePoint, OneDriveRéférentiels de gestion de services : pratiques ITIL, pilotage de SLAProfil Recherché4 à 6 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions de Contract Manager, PMO ou pilotage de contrats IT / services managésSolide expérience en suivi budgétaire, facturation, analyse de coûts et élaboration de tableaux de bordBonne connaissance des contrats IT et des enjeux de niveaux de service (SLA, pénalités, performance fournisseur)Maîtrise des outils Power BI et Excel pour la production de reportings et d’analysesIdéalement, expérience sur des environnements ERP / GFC et sur des contextes de services managés ou de gestion de flotte ITAisance relationnelle et orale, capacité à animer des comités, à challenger les partenaires et à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés (finance, IT, métiers, fournisseurs)Autonomie, sens des responsabilités, capacité d’initiative, rigueur et capacité à gérer les risquesFrançais courant, anglais professionnel appréciéSenioritéMid-Senior levelEmploiFull-timeFonctionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
