Rattach(e) au FP&A Manager vous aurez la responsabilit du suivi des investissements et des CAPEX attenants lensemble des activits (Retail Wholesale et Sige) ainsi que de toutes les analyses financires sur le primtre Southwest Hub (France Belgique Luxembourg Espagne et Portugal).Le poste est situ au sein du sige du Hub situ Paris. Il est pouvoir ds que possible.Voici les responsabilits qui vous seront confies :Coordonner tous les cycles budgtaires et de re-estims avec les quipes oprationnellesAssurer la gestion financire des projets dinvestissement le suivi et le maintien des dpenses dinvestissementsContrler la conformit des projets aux normes locales internes et exigences administrativesMener des tudes de rentabilit pour valuer la viabilit des projetsFournir des analyses financires pour soutenir les dcisions dinvestissementAccompagner les responsables projet dans la construction de leurs business plan et aider la slection des projets pertinentsAssister la clture des projets et fournir des rapports financiers dtaills des performances du projetRdaction de business reviews pour mesurer limpact des investissements. You will be responsible for the monitoring of investments and CAPEX relating to all activities (Retail Wholesale and Headquarters) as well as all financial analyses within the Southwest Hub perimeter (France Belgium Luxembourg Spain and Portugal).Your main responsibilities will be :Coordinate all budget and re-estimate cycles with operational teams.Ensure the financial management of investment projects monitoring and maintaining capital expenditures.Monitor project compliance with local and internal standards and administrative requirements.Conduct profitability studies to assess project viability.Provide financial analyses to support investment decisions.Support project managers in developing their business plans and assisting in the selection of relevant projects.Assist with project closure and provide detailed financial reports on project performance.Prepare business reviews to measure the impact of investments. Redefine investment priorities in line with growth.Manage financial projects (e.g. business model changes aging of stores and corners etc.).Identify the needs of operational teams to implement ad hoc or recurring analyses.Provide support on various operational expenses (OPEX).About YouIf youre curious plus passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast this job is for youYou ideally have at least 2-3 years of similar experience in the fashion / retail world in a multicultural environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.You have a good knowledge of the office pack especially Excel.Languages used daily are French and English both spoken and is a plus.Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills...
