Join a tiny early-stage team at with real customers and an ambitious goal to become the compliance fabric and trust standard for physical products. Opportunity for significant impact owning end-to-end development and shaping the product architecture and company from the ground up with meaningful equity. What you will do Turn complex regulations into code and audits into a click building an AI system that provides documented defensible answers for product compliance. Develop robust multi‑tenant SaaS systems clean APIs solid data models and frontend components using TypeScript/Python. Implement and ship LLM/agentic features in production focusing on reliable testable and debuggable AI systems with multi‑step workflows and tool calls. The ideal candidate Early‑stage B2B experience (ex‑founder first engineer or small team) with a desire to own things end‑to‑end. Experience building products around sensitive or regulated workflows (compliance fintech legal health security risk) where audit trails are critical. Strong in TypeScript/Python enjoys system building and experienced in AI‑native coding including shipping LLM/agentic features in production.
