**Job Title**Internal Communications Specialist - CDD (temporary contract)**About the Team**Within the Amadeus France People and Culture Department, the Internal Communication, Employer Brand and Community Impact team is responsible for overseeing 3 areas: Employer Branding (internally and externally), Internal Communication, as well as ESG / Community Impact activities for a 4 500 multicultural employees’ organization within an international scope.We inform and engage employees on HR and business initiatives, promote our culture and values, and organize inspiring internal events. We also manage France social media and Community Impact initiatives, in line with our Corporate programs.**About the Role**As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will deliver clear, engaging, and impactful communications across our channels. You will contribute to planning, writing, designing, and deploying communication materials, while organizing or supporting internal events organization, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our communication ecosystem.For this short term assignment, we are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated communicator looking to grow experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.This is a fixed-term contract to replace an employee on sick leave.**Key Responsibilities**You will support internal communication activities, including:**Content & Channels*** Write, edit, proof-read and publish content for internal and HR communications.* undefined* Create engaging visual communication materials (Presentations, videos, infographics, animated banners, creatives, pictures...).* Manage updates on intranet communities, digital signage, and internal social network channels.* Gather and structure relevant information for PowerPoint presentations, calendars, and KPIs.**Strategic & Operational Communications*** Investigate communication needs from our internal customers (HR organization heads and business units), propose recommendations, and develop related communication plans.* Develop all format written communication pieces for official internal communications as well as social media posts or newsletter content, within Amadeus tone of voice, value proposition and branding framework.* Measure and evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies, publications and events (i.e: KPIs, feedback, analytics, etc.) and implement improvement actions as necessary.* Participate in transversal projects within the HR field, as communications expert, to provide the relevant support. Recommend, develop, implement, and follow up.* Maintain and enrich our portfolio of communication tools and templates.* Ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility in all communication outputs.**Event Communication & Logistics*** Handle or contribute to the preparation and execution of internal as well as Community Impact events (Breakfast blends, onboarding celebration, loyalty ceremony, summer party, Amadeus Volunteering activities etc.).* Support logistics and post-event activities (photos, surveys, reporting). **Your Profile****Education & Experience*** Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or Business—or equivalent experience.* Previous experience in internal or HR communication, with events organization appreciated.**Skills & Competencies****Communication & Creativity*** Excellent writing skills in English; strong editorial abilities.* Creative mindset with the ability to design compelling communication materials.* Experience with internal communication (intranet, newsletters, intercomms, etc.).**Technical Skills*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially on PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, ...* Very good command of Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro…).* Strong photo/video editing capabilities.* SharePoint and web/content management experience is a plus.**Soft Skills*** Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate communication needs.* Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Proactive, reactive, and agile, with strong teamwork capabilities.* Create engaging visual communication materials (Presentations, videos, infographics, animated banners, creatives, pictures...).* Ability to work efficiently with multicultural teams.**********Diversity & Inclusion**********Amadeus is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
