What you’ll do & Who you are
As part of the Global Internal Communications team, this role will contribute to fostering a
common Adevinta culture and alignment across all of the company's Global and Local teams
through communications which keep all Adevintans informed, aligned and united.
The Internal Communications Specialist, France has two main responsibilities. First, to
ensure the market-specific communications and campaigns planning, content production &
execution for Adevinta in France, fostering pride in the local leboncoin brand while
embedding the Adevinta brand and culture through those communications.
This role reports into the Internal Communications Senior Manager, Marketplaces within the
People & Communications function of Adevinta and will have no direct reports. The role is
based in Paris, France. Lead the delivery of market-specific internal communications for leboncoin which keep the
local teams in France informed, aligned and united
- Support strategy, content, and execution of major announcements, launches, and
campaigns for French colleagues
- Lead the creation and execution of an internal communication drumbeat for our brand new
Re-Commerce Vertical
- Deploy vertical-specific communications & campaigns planning, channel management,
events planning and execution
- Build effective relationships across the company to always be up to date and to manage
the demands of multiple international stakeholders with integrity
- Maintain a constructive relationship with the wider Communications teams to ensure
consistent and coherent delivery of internal communications to the Internal Adevintan
community
- Actively make Communications a great place to work, through contributing ideas,
knowledge, success stories and lessons learned to the Communications communityWho you are
- Seasoned communications expert with 5+ years experience in delivering internal
communications projects
- A team player - actively contributing to a positive environment, living and breathing
our key behaviours - having a heart for Adevinta's brands
- Comfortable working with uncertainty, rolling with changes, and cutting through
complexity; can-do attitude and creative problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both French and English
- Analytical skills and the ability to measure and act on results of communications
activity in order to continuously improve
- A keen eye for innovation and innovative solutions to enhance the value add of the
Communications function to Adevinta
