OverviewLearning and Development Manager - 12-month Fixed-Term Contract at International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to align L&D programs with business objectives. The position also involves managing the HRIS and LMS (Talentsoft-CEGID).RoleThe Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align the L&D programs with the business objectives and bring value to our teams. You will be responsible for managing the HRIS and LMS (Talentsoft-CEGID).Main tasks and dutiesDevelop a wide array of professional learning programs and curriculum as part of the ICC L&D framework to align people development with business strategy.Ensure alignment with the leadership team regarding business needs and priorities in terms of L&D.Design and deliver upskills programs, workshops, and learning interventions to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies.Define the best learning methodologies and format to meet diverse learning needs.Manage the L&D projects and campaigns including Engagement Survey.Oversee the HRIS and data dedicated to L&D purposes, including the LMS.Define and monitor appropriate L&D metrics to assess quality and success of training programs, report the relevant findings and propose improvements when required.Liaise with potential vendors/third parties to manage outsourced activities.Supervise the performance management and succession planning initiatives, assisting managers and ICC staff to attain optimal outcomes.Oversee the ICC L&D framework and competency matrices.Identify and map critical skills required for current and future business needs.Draft L&D related communications and presentations.Promote ongoing improvements and the implementation of best practices within L&D activities.Be aware of regulatory requirements pertaining to L&D in different ICC locations.What we offerA dynamic, collaborative and caring work environment in an international settingOpportunities to continually learnThe chance to make a meaningful impactPartial work from home opportunitiesRequirementsDo not hesitate to apply if you:Solid experience in HR with a strong focus on L&D program management in an international context.Excellent people skills, you can influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact, resulting in building trust-based relationships.Curious and interested in understanding ICC industry and initiatives.Focused on outcomes, you are motivated by the value-added results.Practical and effective, capable of combining strong business and common sense, the ideal candidate will drive towards practical and implementable recommendations.Must have a positive and commercial “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations.Excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct with various levels of the organization.You should possess practical skills and be capable of multitasking while effectively prioritising your daily tasks.Enjoy solving problems and discovering improved methods to achieve goals.Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (90% of your time and work will be in English) and fluency in French.DetailsEstimated start date: As soon as possibleDepartment: HRLocation: ICC International Headquarters, ParisContract type and duration: Fixed-term contract (12-month CDD), full time.At ICC, we make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere.
