As Learning & Development Manager for France, you’ll be the driving force behind building a culture of continuous learning. From onboarding new colleagues to developing leaders and shaping country-specific programs, you’ll turn strategy into practice and make sure our people have the tools, skills, and confidence they need to grow.

**Your Daily Impact**
- You lead Country Learning and Development team responsible of onboarding event, learning programs, and leadership development across the country.
- You manage the country Learning and Development across all types of learning offerings.
- You support learning design and execute learning plans aligned with the European HR strategy and adapt them to local needs.
- You act as country process support for onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
- You manage a learning portfolio, partner with external providers, and ensure content is impactful and relevant.
- You measure the impact of learning and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with HR and business leaders.

**Profil**:

- You bring at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in international or matrix organizations, and hold a relevant degree.
- You are well experienced with all types of learning portfolios from virtual and in person offerings.
- You are a natural communicator and facilitator, skilled at working across cultures and levels, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- You combine curiosity, adaptability, and innovative thinking with hands-on expertise in LMS, blended learning, and evaluation methods.
