Description Essential Responsibilities Liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment Work with creative teams to define roadmaps, review proposals, and ensure seamless execution Activate co‑branding campaigns, product launches, and report results to leadership Drive churn experimentation strategy, including ideation, testing, and customer experience evaluation Write experiment briefs, testing plans, and coordinate end‑to‑end implementation Monitor experiments post‑launch, identify insights, and optimize in‑flight results Manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts, for all campaigns Expected Qualifications 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications Develop & Execute CRM Strategy Build and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, in‑app, and SMS to drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Lead CRM initiatives around major launches and brand moments, with a strong focus on Consumer Credit product growth and adoption. Segmentation & Personalization Audience development for prospecting and existing base (1st/ 3rd party data) Use 1st and 3rd party data to build audience behavioral, transactional data to create dynamic audience segments and deliver tailored messaging at scale. Automation & Experimentation Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests to improve key performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, and churn reduction. Data & Insights Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure CRM performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions. Develop and track campaign forecasts to predict performance, engagement, and business impact. Analyze customer cohorts, retention metrics, and lifetime value to uncover growth opportunities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM strategies with product launches, promotional campaigns, and broader go‑to‑market initiatives. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing (preferably in B2C, fintech, or e‑commerce environments). Proven track record of executing multi‑channel lifecycle programs tied to measurable growth outcomes. Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization. Understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and testing methodologies. Excellent communication and project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
