BARBARA BUI est une Maison parisienne de Prêt-à-Porter, maroquinerie, chaussures et accessoires de luxe fondée en 1987 par sa créatrice éponyme. Barbara Bui signe un vestiaire féminin et masculin où cuir et tailoring s’allient à la précision des coupes pour une allure urbaine. Les collections sont distribuées via un réseau de boutiques en propre, un site de vente en ligne et des boutiques multimarques en France et à l’international. Votre rôle : Dans le cadre de son développement, la Maison Barbara Bui recherche un Sales Advisor (H/F), à temps plein pour son Flagship Avenue Montaigne (75008, Paris). Rattaché(e) à la Direction de la boutique, vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Assurer l'accueil du magasin, Orienter et conseiller la clientèle, Traiter les livraisons, Assurer le réassort, Connaitre et assurer la bonne tenue du stock, Tenir à jour les fichiers clients, Relance par e-mailing, phoning ou WhatsApp, des clients pour les informer des différents évènements. Développer le chiffre d’affaires via votre connaissance produits (PAP et Accessoires), Faire vivre une expérience client exceptionnelle, Fidéliser la clientèle française et internationale par des conseils adaptés, Représenter la Maison Barbara Bui et être garant(e) de son image de marque, Contribuer à la bonne tenue de la boutique et veiller à la mise en valeur des produits. Vos compétences : D'excellente présentation, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (5 ans) dans la vente et l'univers du Luxe ou de la Mode Créateur. Vous avez une véritable sensibilité produit et êtes très attaché(e) à la relation clients. Dynamique, vous êtes doté(e) d'une bonne aisance relationnelle. Vous parlez anglais couramment.
