Mission principale Piloter la conception, l’implémentation et le déploiement global de plateformes Manufacturing IT (DMS, QMS, MES) dans un contexte exigeant en termes de qualité, de conformité et de performance opérationnelle. Garantir la réussite des projets en combinant pratiques de gestion classique et méthodes agiles. Pilotage de projet Gérer le planning, les ressources, les budgets et les livrables. Assurer le suivi opérationnel via KPIs, reporting, dashboards. Identifier et gérer les risques, dépendances et plans d’action. Agilité & Delivery Animer les rituels agiles : sprint planning, daily, backlog grooming, retrospectives. Coordonner équipes IT, métiers, qualité et partenaires externes. Assurer la communication permanente entre les parties prenantes. Gestion fonctionnelle & technique Superviser la conception du core model QMS et son déploiement. Piloter les pilotes et rollouts sur les sites (ex. Suède). Participer aux évolutions des plateformes : intégrations, automatisation, workflows. S’assurer de la conformité aux normes qualité (ex. ISO13485), validation logicielle et exigences réglementaires. Amélioration continue Contribuer aux standards, outils et méthodologies du Delivery Hub IT global. Optimiser les processus internes pour plus de prédictibilité et d’efficacité. Compétences techniques Expérience en projets industriels (santé, pharma, auto…) avec fortes contraintes qualité. Maîtrise des systèmes DMS, QMS, MES et des intégrations avec ERP. Très bonne compréhension du SDLC, de l’agilité, et des pratiques DevOps “You build it, you run it”. Expérience en migration de données, intégrations SI, M&A. Connaissance des infrastructures IT et de la gestion de la qualité logicielle. Compétences comportementales Excellente communication, vulgarisation des sujets techniques. Leadership transverse, capacité à influencer en environnement matriciel. Rigueur, sens du résultat et orientation ROI. Capacité à gérer des environnements complexes et distribués. Profil recherché Bac+5 en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent. 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet IT, dont une partie en environnement manufacturing. Certification PMP et/ou Agile/Scrum appréciée. Connaissance du cadre qualité ISO13485 (souhaitée). Expérience en pilotage de programmes IT multi-sites.
