Thanks to a team full of talent and energy, driven by a shared ambition to win the food market, all within a company culture and DNA that truly stand out.If you’re eager to be part of an exciting, international, and entrepreneurial human adventure, join usThe role…As the Senior Business Development Retail Media Manager, you will be part of the France and Netherlands Marketing Team based at our Paris head office, playing a pivotal role in monetising HelloFresh’s physical and digital advertising space across France and Netherlands.Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue from suppliers, working collaboratively with global and local Retail Media, Procurement, Partnerships and Marketing teams and owning the relationship with key agencies and advertisers. By driving growth and enabling innovation in your market, this role will position HelloFresh as a leader in Retail Media Networks (RMNs).Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills, and we love diverse experiences So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.You will…Drive proactive business development: Lead high-volume cold outreach and prospecting to identify new brand and agency partners across the Nordic market. You are responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline from scratch.Develop and nurture strategic partnerships: Build and manage relationships with C-level executives at large advertisers and media agencies. You will create tailored retail media Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that secure long‑term media investment.Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain rigorous standards for pipeline hygiene. Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to track outreach, manage lead stages, and provide accurate revenue forecasting.Create compelling value propositions: Develop data‑backed solutions and pitch decks that maximise advertiser ROI while delivering mutual commercial success.Collaborate regionally and globally: Directly report into the Global Retail Media team in Amsterdam while working daily with the local Growth Partnerships team in Paris to identify synergies and maximise market presence.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, growth partnerships, and RM sales teams from other Hellofresh markets, to design and execute effective go‑to‑market strategies.Analyse and leverage data: Monitor market trends, analyze performance dashboards, and turn data from campaign performance into strategic recommendations that drive better performance.Represent the organization: Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing the company’s retail media capabilities and expand our network with large advertisers and media agencies.You are…Strategic and analytical: Able to think long‑term and skilled at leveraging data and market insights to drive informed decision‑makingA relationship builder: Experienced in building and maintaining trust with C‑level stakeholders across global markets.Results‑oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and contribute to organizational growth.Pipeline‑focused: Skilled at building and maintaining robust pipelines to ensure long‑term success.A self‑starter with a bias for action.A clear communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French, able to articulate complex ideas effectively.Adaptable and resilient: Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.A collaborative team player: Collaborative in nature, with experience working across international and multicultural teams.Curious: Constantly looking for news, updates and trends within the (Retail) Media and Advertising industries.You have...Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) in business development, advertising sales, or strategic partnerships: Ideally within Retail Media Networks, e‑commerce, or related industries.Proven track record in strategic partnerships: Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth.Deep industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail media and/or advertising landscape, including advertising sales cycles, media planning, campaign success metrics, and the evolving needs of large (FMCG/CPG) advertisers and media agencies.A strong French professional network: An extensive, active list of contacts within the French markets, specifically covering FMCG/CPG brands and media agencies.Strong analytical skills to interpret (trend) reports, post campaign analysis and dashboards, to extrapolate insights and next steps.CRM proficiency: Proven success building and managing pipelines in tools like HubSpot.A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field: Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.You have strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.Nice-to-have:Experience in eCommerce (CPG/FMCG), Digital Advertising, Retail Media and/or subscription business models.Extensive knowledge of the evolving retail media landscape.What we offerCompetitive compensation packageA dynamic and international environment, with a strong corporate culture and DNADelicious discounts on HelloFresh meal kitsA steep learning curve guaranteedA supportive, passionate, proactive, and dynamic French teamCentral Paris offices (1st arrondissement)Employee benefits (Alan Blue healthcare, transport discount, Gymlib, training budget)Are you up for the challenge?Please submit your complete application below including your salary expectations and earliest starting date.After submitting an application our team will review this and get back to you as soon as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
