Ce succès s'explique par un impact RH mesurable : des organisations plus agiles une meilleure rétention des talents une performance managériale renforcée et jusqu'à 75 % de gain de temps sur les tâches administratives. Pourquoi nous avons besoin de toi En 2026 Skillup affiche des ambitions de croissance fortes et le marketing sera au cœur du réacteur : ouverture d'un nouveau segment de marché, premiumisation de la marque et valorisation des innovations produit via l'IA. Dans ce contexte nous recrutons notre futur(e) Product Marketing Manager. Son rôle sera de définir le positionnement et la communication autour du produit Skillup. Comment parle-t-on du produit, comment le produit parle-t-il de lui-même. Son objectif sera de faire en sorte que chaque lancement de fonctionnalité génère un fort impact business (vente, adoption, rétention) et renforce notre différentiation dans l'univers RH. Tu seras rattaché(e) à Estelle Cadoret (CMO) et feras partie de l'équipe marketing constituée actuellement de 6 personnes en collaboration directe avec l'équipe produit et commerciale.
