We are looking for a Clinical Nutrition Marketing Manager – Adult to lead our marketing strategy and execution for France, while also contributing to key projects across Western Europe. In this role, you will be at the crossroads of strategy, business growth, customer engagement and healthcare innovation. You will turn market and customer insights into impactful marketing initiatives, drive the performance of our Clinical Nutrition portfolio and work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other key functions to bring our strategy to life.

What you'll be doing

Shape the strategy and drive growth

Develop and execute the marketing plan for Clinical Nutrition Adult in France, aligned with business and Western Europe priorities. Identify new market opportunities, evolving customer needs and competitive trends. Translate customer and market insights into concrete actions and growth initiatives. Contribute to our Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP), business planning and forecasting.

Own and develop the portfolio Manage the portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, from brand planning to launches and portfolio optimization. Monitor product and business performance and identify opportunities to strengthen our market position. Partner with cross-functional teams on demand planning and product availability.

Turn marketing into business impact Support our objectives around revenue growth, market share and profitability. Monitor key business metrics and translate performance into actionable recommendations. Build business cases to support growth investments. Contribute to pricing strategy, commercial planning and forecasting.

Create meaningful customer engagement Design and implement omnichannel marketing programs and customer engagement campaigns. Develop compelling promotional materials and tools to support Sales Force effectiveness. Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize our approach based on results and customer insights.

Build strong scientific partnerships Work closely with Medical Affairs to understand healthcare professionals' needs and turn field insights into meaningful actions. Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies. Support congresses, advisory boards and educational programs within Clinical Nutrition.

Collaborate beyond France This is also a role with a Western European dimension. You will lead assigned Clinical Nutrition projects across Western Europe, collaborate with regional and country stakeholders, share best practices and help implement marketing and commercial excellence initiatives across markets. You will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams to deliver strategic priorities and ensure compliant execution.

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • An advanced degree or MBA would be a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, product management or a commercial role within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Experience in portfolio management, product launches and omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience working successfully within a matrix organization.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to understand both market dynamics and commercial performance.
  • A genuine customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • The ability to lead projects and effectively manage multiple stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment.
