We also operate a commercial office in Spain to support our global outreach.The Mission: Finding the Next "Airport". Our core technology, Spatial Intelligence, is powerful, yet we have only scratched its potential. Your mission is to explore adjacent markets and identify the next major revenue stream. You will act as a "Startup Founder" within Outsight, investigating verticals such as Physical Security, Retail, and Smart Buildings to determine if we can solve their problems and if they will pay for it.ResponsibilitiesMarket discovery: Get out of the building, interview potential buyers to understand pain points, and map the competitive landscape.Hypothesis testing: Design experiments to validate willingness‑to‑pay in new markets.MVP definition & prototyping: Use our existing Platform to configure "Vertical MVPs" and hack together solutions for trial within 4 weeks.Go‑to‑Market strategy: Define packaging, pricing, and positioning tailored to each new offer.Pilot management: Oversee the first deployments as both product manager and temporary solution engineer to ensure customer success.Go/No‑Go decisions: Own the business case, willing to kill a project if the market isn’t there or pitch for resources to double down when it is.Qualifications5+ years in Product Management, ideally in an early‑stage startup or Innovation Lab.Commercially Minded: Understands that a product is successful only when it can be sold; comfortable discussing ROI and budgets.The "Zero to One" Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and focused on solving problems rather than polished roadmaps.Tech‑Savvy: Knows the capabilities of our LiDAR platform enough to decide what can be configured quickly for a demo versus what requires deep engineering.Why Join UsAs a 7‑time Gartner‑recognized category‑defining leader with dozens of global awards—including “Edge AI Product of the Year,” “LiDAR Leader Award,” and “CES Best of Innovation”—we’re backed by 37 patents and deployments with the most prestigious customers across four continents.
