HEAD OF HUB UKInitiated in 2018 by Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman & CEO of the CMA CGM Group, ZEBOX is an international innovation accelerator expert in the fields of maritime industry, logistics & media.Its mission, toconnect the world’s best innovations with the CMA CGM Group and its partners across three key areas: environmental impact, technological competitiveness, employee well-being and safety at work.Operating in 6 regions, ZEBOX is now supported by 15+ international companies such as PSA Venture, CEVA Logistics, Transdev and Port of Liberty.YOUR MISSIONManagementBuild and lead the local team (internal and/or external)Drive the subsidiaries’ key performance indicators and ensure the growth and development of a talented teamCollaborate with ZEBOX hubs globally, supporting cross‑functional initiatives to accelerate innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practicesFoster a vibrant startup & partner community by organizing recurring meetups and local events that reinforce connections and amplify ZEBOX’s local impactStrategic PartnershipsSupport the business development of ZEBOX by creating an accurate local pipeline and securing new partnerships for the Hub (incl. working closely with ZEBOX and CMA CGM leadership)Help redefine ZEBOX’s corporate offerings to reflect current market needs and conditionsManage high‑level corporate partner relationships to ensure delivery, client satisfaction and long‑term collaborationAct as a trusted advisor to corporate partners, identifying critical pain points through strategic stakeholder engagements and guiding them in developing business cases for implementing new technologiesBuild partnerships with local experts and mentors, incubators and accelerators, investors, government agencies, universities, technology providers, and key industry players to expand ZEBOX’s ecosystem and enhance the value of services offered to startupsProduce content to inform partners of emerging trends and cutting‑edge technologies impacting their industriesStartupsLead the strategy for identifying and securing high‑potential startups that address the evolving needs of corporate partners, positioning ZEBOX as a key player in startup innovationMentor startups during and after the program, managing the portfolio to support business growth and fundraising effortsIdentify and introduce high‑impact startups to ZEBOX Ventures & other partner investors, driving strategic investments that align with ZEBOX’s innovation objectivesPreferred Skills & ExperienceRobust supply chain and tech network within the APAC startup ecosystemExperience working in a startupExperience within the supply chain or maritime sectors #J-18808-Ljbffr
