Descriptif du posteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and structured PMO / Program Director to support the delivery and performance of a defined portfolio of clients within Prodigious Paris. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role plays a key part in deploying and operating Prodigious’ operational frameworks across a specific client scope. You will work closely with production teams, studios, client partners, and support functions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will manage Project and Production Managers, overseeing their implementation of new processes, while leading training, and fostering improvement through feedback and mentorship. This is a senior, high-impact role combining portfolio oversight, performance analysis, and hands-on operational leadership, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. ResponsabilitésKey Responsibilities Portfolio Operations & Governance: Deploy and apply Prodigious’ production operating model across an assigned client portfolio or business unit. Ensure consistent use and compliance with operational standards, processes, tools, and governance frameworks within the assigned portfolio. Coordinate prioritisation and resource allocation within the portfolio, in line with global operational principles. Act as the first point of operational escalation for cross-client issues within the assigned scope, escalating broader or structural topics when required. Ensure strong alignment between studios, production teams, and client objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key operational KPIs (delivery, quality, cost, productivity, utilisation) across the client portfolio. Produce clear, standardised reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership. Analyse performance trends to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Recommend and support corrective actions to improve delivery and operational performance. Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement: Implement operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned portfolio. Contribute to the evolution of production and project management tools by sharing operational needs and feedback, participating in pilots, testing, and rollouts, driving adoption and best practices across teams, and ensuring tools and processes are used effectively to support transparency and scalability. Project and Production Management Oversight: Manage & train Project and Production Managers to ensure they are proficient in new processes, tools, operational frameworks, and updates to the production model. Monitor workloads and performance of Project and Production Managers, ensuring capacity, quality, and delivery standards are consistently met. Clearly convey new processes and frameworks, ensuring PMs and teams can implement them effectively. Use regular feedback to drive continuous improvements and keep operational processes effective and relevant. Provide mentorship to guide PMs through challenges and enhance their leadership skills. Risk, Dependency & Change Management: Identify and manage operational risks within the client portfolio. Monitor dependencies between clients, teams, and shared resources. Support change management initiatives related to new tools, processes, or operating models. Escalate systemic or recurring issues with clear analysis and recommendations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Business and Client Production Leads, Studio Leads and delivery teams, Finance, HR, and Operations partners. Act as a trusted operational advisor within the client portfolio. Support major client programs by ensuring robust governance, reporting and operational frameworks, without owning day-to-day delivery. Success KPIs: Strong on-time and on-budget delivery across the assigned client portfolio; Improved operational efficiency, cost control & margin protection; Effective use of resources aligned with scope and capacity; High adoption and correct use of tools and processes; Reduced recurring operational issues; Clear, reliable reporting and strong stakeholder satisfaction. QualificationsProfile & Experience: Proven experience in PMO, operations, or program management roles within creative production, content studios, agencies, or similar environments. Experience working across multiple clients or programs simultaneously. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complexity. Comfortable working cross-functionally with production, creative, finance, and operations teams. Experience with project management and production tools. Strong communication skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. French and English fluency preferred.
