Order Operations Lead

Role Description
As Order Operations Lead, you are the central hub of communication between logistics and sales, ensuring that the team is fully informed and clients receive timely, accurate updates. This role sits at the heart of the client experience, owning the end-to-end execution of orders—from confirmation to final delivery—making sure that what we promise is what we deliver.
Operational excellence in this role is not just about efficiency; it's a signal of luxury and quality that reinforces our brand.
You anticipate issues before they arise, hold the line when needed, and ensure that Sales, Production, and Logistics move in lockstep.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Monitoring & Execution
• Monitor all client orders from confirmation through shipment
• Take full ownership of order flow, timelines, and delivery reliability
• Proactively identify risks or delays before they escalate
• Track microstock availability and fabrikator production timelines
Delay & Exception Management
• Coordinate and communicate fabrikator delays with updated timelines
• Flag at-risk orders early and propose solutions (partial shipments, prioritisation, alternatives)
• Alert the Sales team immediately when specific orders are impacted
• Manage DHL special cases (urgent shipments, address issues, customs, delivery exceptions, LOAs)
Cross-Team Communication
• Act as the primary bridge between Logistics and Sales
• Ensure Sales always has accurate, real-time delivery information
• Translate operational constraints into clear, actionable updates for client-facing teams
• Maintain alignment between warehouse, production, and commercial priorities
Customer Experience Focus
• Ensure delivery expectations are realistic, respected, and clearly communicated
• Reduce friction, last-minute escalations, and client dissatisfaction
• Contribute to a seamless, reliable post-purchase experience
Profile We're Looking For:
Experience & Mindset
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or order management
• Strong judgment and sense of responsibility
• Naturally anticipates problems and takes ownership of solutions
• Comfortable making decisions and holding the line when necessary
Communication & Working Style
• Clear, structured, and diplomatic communicator
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working across teams, systems, and priorities
• Understands that operational precision directly reflects brand value
• Fluent in French and English (Mandatory)
This role protects the brand experience at one of its most critical touchpoints: delivery.
It ensures alignment between promise and execution and guarantees that clients feel informed, respected, and taken care of at every step.
